Carefully repackage the whiskey in its original protective transit packaging to ensure the glass bottle remains secure and intact during transit.
Dispatch Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
